Standing for our Iwi and our Lāhui

On Sunday, October 29, 2023, members of Pu'uhonua o Wailupe continued to remove invasive plants and propagate native plants on the burial grounds of our kūpuna. Love and care are put into our work, which we are passing along to the next generation. We stand for the protection of iwi kupuna from a national perspective proudly flying our Hae Hawai'i (donated by Malia Marquez) over the Pu'uhonua. We are liberating our kūpuna and 'āina from the threat of desecration while building relationship with wiliwilinui ridge in Wailupe.
